Nikon FTZ vs Nikon FTZ II lens adapters


The new Nikon FTZ II lens adapter (F-mount to Z-mount) seems to be just a smaller version (without the built-in tripod mount) of the already existing FTZ adapter in order to fit with the Nikon Z9 grip design. I am not sure why Nikon USA lists the FTZ II to be compatible only with the Z9:

Update – nikon.com lists both FTZ and FTZ II adapters as identical, compatible for all Z cameras.
