Zeiss SLR Classic lenses are now discontinued

Cosina Japan officially announced that the following Zeiss SLR Classic series lenses have been discontinued: 2.8/15, 3.5/18, 2/25, 2/28, 1.4/35, 2/135. The Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED VR lens is now listed as discontinued at B&H and is no longer available at Adorama (only used listings are displayed). Amazon still has the lens in stock for $579.99.

Nikon 1 V3 camera listed as discontinued in Japan

The Nikon 1 V3 mirrorless camera is now listed as discontinued in Japan. The V3 was announced back in April 2014. In the US the V3 is still selling at full price… $1,196.95. At the Photokina show last year Nikon confirmed that their Nikon 1 product line is still alive. Via DC.Watch

Nikon Df camera listed as discontinued at authorized dealer

I am not sure if this is a mistake, but the Nikon Df camera is listed as discontinued at BuyDig (an authorized US dealer). All Df versions seems to be in stock at other retailers. I expect a new “Df-like” camera to be announced for Nikon’s 100th anniversary in 2017.
