DxOMark published their test results for the Samyang 24mm f/1.4 ED AS UMC (AE) lens. Here is an updated list of the best performing 24mm lenses for the Nikon D800 camera:

DxOMark conclusion on the Samyang 24mm f/1.4:
The current Nikon US instant lens only rebates are set to expire on March 29th and they will not be extended again (the lens only rebates are available for only two months to boost sales before the end of Nikon’s financial year).
The regular Nikon DSLR body + lens rebates will also expire on March 29th. I believe those savings will be extended.

Adorama offers the same Nikon lens rebates. Amazon also updated their prices to reflect the new lens rebates.
A quick update on my last NX-D post: yes, the Nikon NX-D software is indeed made by Silkypix. Using a hex editor, a reader found “Ichikawa Soft Laboratory SILKYPIX” in one of the Capture NX-D files named CNXD.dll.
