After the D7000 gets announced next week, its predecessor (Nikon D90) will still be available in stores till the end of the year. I would expected the Nikon D90 to be out of stock, but why the D700? Both bodies are listed as 0 inventory in one of the district warehouses, which serves around 400-600 BestBuy stores. The out of stock date for the D90 is September 7th, 2010 and for the D700 is August 3, 2010:

For some reason BestBuy decided to list the Nikon D90 as “New!” on their website, while the camera is currently sold out online: Maybe testing a new product template? Just a reminder that two years ago, the Nikon D90 leaked on Circuit City and Target websites few days before the official release.
