Nikon 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR lens tested at DxO Mark

Today DxO Mark published their test results for the Nikkor 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR lens ($596.95) which was also on the list of recommended lenses for the D800E camera. The lens has a performance identical to the 24-120mm f/4G lens ($1,296.95) and outperforms the 28-300mm ($1,046.95) in almost every measurement. DxOMark test results for the Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8 lens are out

DxOMark published their test results for the Nikkor AF-S 14-24mm f/2.8G ED lens ($1,996.95) which was not part of their previous selection for best wide angle lenses for the Nikon D800 camera. They have now updated their findings and of course the 14-24mm lens is the top performer:

Nikon D7100 gets DxOMark tested

DxOMark published their test results for the Nikon D7100 DSLR camera. Surprisingly the $400 cheaper D5200 performed slightly better then the D7100. The current top 3 best APS-C cameras tested by DxOMark are the Nikon D5200, D7100 and Pentax K-5 IIs:
