A Year With Birds

I am back in Antarctica (see https://nikonrumors.com/2013/01/26/guest-post-my-year-in-antarctica.aspx/ for a report from the first trip). This time however, I will not be working as a scientist, who photographs this place in his free time. This time I am here as part of a BBC film-team and it will be my job to be out in the cold whenever the weather allows – and to take my camera with me wherever we go. It’s a dream come true and weirdly feels a bit like coming home.
