Today Nikon introduced several new compact cameras in Japan (the same models were announced in the US few weeks ago). For more details, see this press release for the Coolpix S3600 and S6800 and this press release for the Coolpix L30.
Nikon representatives recently stated that the company still sees future for compact Coolpix cameras.
Nikon released firmware updates for the Nikon Df, D5200 and D3200 DSLR cameras. Here are the details:

Foto Hans Keuzekamp received their first Zeiss 55mm f/1.4 Otus Distagon T* lens for Nikon F mount (US price: $3,990). As far I know, this lens has not started shipping in the US yet, even though it’s listed as back-ordered at B&H (update: the lens is already shipping in the US in very limited quantities). → First Nikon D4 price drop? DigitalRev currently sells the Nikon D4 for $5,399 (no US warranty). For a limited time they also have the Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8 lens for $1,659 (again, no US warranty).
→ The new Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens should be crazy good (Zeiss Otus good).
→ Starting March 14, you will be able to engrave your Nikon Df camera in Japan for ¥4,200 (around $40).
The first focusing screen for the Nikon Df camera are now available in limited quantities from focusingscreen.com (more information on the different models can be found here). As far as I know, those are the only Df focusing screens available today (post a comment to this post if you have any other information).
