Today it’s July 24th and the Nikon D850 is still out of stock in the US

Just a friendly reminder: today it’s July 24th. The Nikon D850 development was announced exactly 12 months ago and the camera still has never been in stock at any of the major online camera stores in the US (B&H, Adorama, Amazon). Unacceptable.

Sony to announce new XQD memory cards

Sony has registered two new XQD memory card models at the Russian certification agency – the code names are QDG120F and QDG240F. The codes for the current Sony QXD memory cards are QDG32E/J, QDG64E/J, QDG128E/J and QDG256E/J (check pricing and availability at B&H, Adorama and Amazon). Here is a screenshot of the registration:
