Sony has registered two new XQD memory card models at the Russian certification agency – the code names are QDG120F and QDG240F. The codes for the current Sony QXD memory cards are QDG32E/J, QDG64E/J, QDG128E/J and QDG256E/J (check pricing and availability at B&H, Adorama and Amazon). Here is a screenshot of the registration:
