The Nikon MB-D16 battery grip for the D750 is finally shipping to existing pre-orders in the US. The grip was not in stock at the time this post was published – you can check availability at B&H, Adorama and Amazon (has been available on eBay for a while).
A grey market Nikon D750 camera with 24-120mm f/4 lens is currently $2,199.99 on eBay (regular price after $600 rebate: $2,996.95). This offer is valid for the next 17 hours. A body only D750 camera (also grey market) is now $1,767 (regular price: $2,296.95).

After the “silent recall” for the reflection/flare issue, the Nikon D750 is back in stock again at B&H (body only and lens kit available, both with some freebies).
