Confirmed: Nikon D5 to come with free XQD card and reader also in the US

An update to my previous post: similar to the UK and Germany I can now confirm that the first Nikon D5 pre-orders in the US and Canada will also come with a free Sony 32GB G-Series XQD memory card ($109.95) and a XQD reader ($37.95). Nikon D5 pre-order links: B&H | Adorama | Amazon.
