New Voigtlander Ultron 40mm f/2 SL II S lens for Nikon F-mount announced

Today Cosina announced a new Voigtlander Ultron 40mm f/2 SL II S manual focusing lens for Nikon F-mount that will replace the previous version from 2012. The original Ultron 40mm f/2 Aspherical SL lens was announced back in 2002 (see eBay listings). In the new version Cosina changed the helicoid ring, while keeping the same optical design. The US price of the lens is not yet announced (check B&H website).
