Nokishita reports that the upcoming Nikon N1823 camera will have a built-in GPS (several Coolpix models already have built-in GPS):
The N1823 will most likely be a high-end compact camera based on the linked accessories (EN-EL20a, EH-73P, UC-E21, SB-500, ME-1 and MC-DC2):
