Today Cosina officially announced the previously rumored NOKTON D 35mm f/1.2 APS-C mirrorless lens for Z-mount – the first Voigtlander lens for Nikon Z cameras. The lens has full electronic communication (see electronic contacts on the picture above). The US Price should be under or around $700. Shipping will start in March 2022. Here are the details:
“The NOKTON D35mm F1.2 Z mount is a large-diameter standard lens that covers the APS-C size image circle designed exclusively for the Nikon Z mount. The lens configuration uses a traditional double-Gauss type. A large aperture of F1.2 is realized in the style of “8-element” in which all lenses arranged almost symmetrically around the aperture are composed of spherical surfaces. Despite its compact size, it has stable descriptive power even when the aperture is wide open, and you can enjoy smooth and large bokeh.”
