Nikon Coolscan 9000 ED now discontinued also in the US

Nikon Coolscan 9000 ED is now listed as discontinued at B&H as well. The scanner has already been listed as discontinued in Europe. I expect the prices to go up on eBay.

In Taiwan, Sony surpasses Nikon in the interchangeable lens camera market

Digitimes reports that in Taiwan, Nikon’s market share for interchangeable lens cameras dropped to 20-25% compared to Canon with 42-43% and Sony with 30%.
