Here is an updated list of what to expect next from Nikon:
Cameras
- Two or three Nikon DX mirrorless cameras (2019)
- Nikon D6 (2019-2020)
- Nikon D750 successor (late 2019)
- New Nikon Coolpix camera (high-end compact camera is still a possibility)
- High-end mirrorless camera scheduled for 2020 (above Z6 & Z7)
- Nikon already has several registered new cameras
Lenses
- New Nikkor F-mount lenses: 60mm macro but it could also be a 200mm macro lens
- Nikkor 600mm f/5.6 PF and/or a new Nikkor 400mm f/5.6 PF lenses are still a possibility (priority now are the new Z-mount lenses)
- Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200mm f/2E FL ED VR lens (?)
- New Z-mount mirrorless lenses (major priority for Nikon now)
- Cheaper (non-S) mirrorless Z lenses
- Nikkor Z 70-200mm f/4 mirrorless lens
