Together with the new Z fc camera, on June 28 Nikon may also officially release the two new Nikkor Z pancake mirrorless lenses (28mm f/2.8 and 40mm f/2).
I am still not 100% sure about this rumor, but it makes sense since the small pancake lenses will be a good fit for the new APS-C-based Z fc camera. This can also explain the confusion about what lenses will be announced together with Z fc.
The other good news is that two new Nikkor Z pancake mirrorless lenses will be cheap (or cheaper than expected). I do not have the exact price yet, but both lenses could be in the $200-$300 range.
