The Nikon Z7 II should be in stock next week according to the product listing on Amazon (coming in a few days according to Adorama).

Both the Nikon Z6 II and Nikon Z7 II are in stock in Canada.

Some Nikon Z6 II configurations are in stock at Park Cameras (UK).
