SanDisk CFexpress memory cards and card reader now available for pre-order in the US

The new SanDisk Extreme Pro CFexpress memory cards (max read speed: 1700 MB/s, max write speed: 1200 MB/s) and card reader I reported about are now available for pre-order in the US:

Update: in the US CFexpress memory cards are now also available for sale at Adorama.

In Europe, the new SanDisk CFexpress cards can be purchased at Amazon UK, Amazon France, Amazon Italy and Amazon Spain.
