Two new Sigma lenses announced: 17-70mm f/2.8-4 DC Macro OS HSM and 120-300mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM

Nikon 70-200mm f/4G ED VR lens tested at DxOMark

Another quick update from DxOMark – the test score for the new Nikkor 70-200mm f/4G ED VR lens ($1,396.95) is out. Unfortunately DxOMark doesn’t have any test data for the new 70-200 f/2.8 VRII lens and the above comparison includes only the older 70-200 f/2.8 model. Their conclusion:

Nikon D5200 to start shipping in the US next week

According to this screenshot, taken from a major US retailer, Nikon is expected to start shipping the D5200 in the US as early as next week. The D5200 was announced in early November in Europe, Asia and Australia, but not in North America.
