i just dont understand why they wouldn’t just go with an X-Pro 1/vintage aesthetic if they were going to change the body up so much.

    Do not:
    – Submerge the camera in liquids
    – Drop the camera onto a hard surface
    – Buy this camera if you are not a Japanese woman 16-34 years of age

How about the question everyone wants to know….Will the V2 work with AF-C with the F-mount adapter?

Will the V2 do AF-C with the F-mount adapter? That’s the change I’d like to see.

They’ve made Image Review an optional setting. That’s great. One of the things that bugged me most about the V1 was having the picture show up in the viewfinder for a few seconds after I took it. That really threw me.

It’s a available all over East Asia for a while now. Just played with it last week. The only thing I didn’t like was the noisy EVF image compared to the V1.

BTW. have you noticed that V2 doesn’t have intervalometer anymore like in V1?

The V2 is no different than the V1 with the f-mount adapter. Still no af-c, page 205 of the manual. What a disappointment. Having to mount a bouncable flash on top of the big hump (evf) makes it considerably bigger than the V1as well. I want small and light, this is now pushing it too far for the way I would use it. Now can’t decide if I just want to buy a v1 for $350. It’s got a few problems, but the v2 just has different problems. I’ve rented the v1 twice and it worked well.
