Another Nikon patent for the rumored Nikkor PC-E 19mm f/4 tilt shift lens

Nikon filed another patent in Japan for a Nikkor PC-E 19mm f/4 tilt shift lens. Nikon has already filed at least two similar lens patents in the past. I have reliable information that this lens will be officially announced at Photokina or latest by the end of the year.
