  The Megadap ETZ21 Pro (Sony E to Nikon Z) autofocus lens adapters are also not compatible with the latest Nikon Z8 firmware update version 3.0: A similar situation exists with the Techart Z-mount adapters – see this Reddit discussion. Update: issues were also reported with the Fringer EFTZ II adapter.
