Here are some of the third party Nikon software solutions I have covered over the years. I believe most (if not all) of them are based on Nikon’s SDK. Almost all of them are free:
Nikon Camera Control software (tethering, remote camera control and more)
DigiCamControl (open source tethering software)
Nikontrol 3K (remote control for PC)
I believe this is a new low price for a grey market Nikon D810 DSLR camera – currently listed on eBay for $2,099.99. Limited quantities available (186 sold so far), free shipping, 30 days return policy, 1 year store warranty.
It seems that Nikon quietly increased the prices of many (all?) Nikkor lenses in the US at the end of June – here are few examples sent by a reader who actually tracks the prices over time (based on B&H listings):

The Czech blog nikonblog.cz (I believe this is an official Nikon website) published their review of the Nikkor AF-S DX 16-80mm f/2.8-4E ED VR lens ($1,066.95) which includes full sized JPEG and RAW files available for download.
