Nikon AF-S Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR lens listed as discontinued at Nikon UK store


I am not sure if this is a mistake, but the Nikon UK store lists the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR lens as discontinued (this listing has been online at least for a few weeks):


The Nikon AF-S Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR lens was announced in March 2013 and it’s currently in stock in the US. In the UK WEX is “awaiting stock” while Amazon and Jessops have the lens in stock.

Update – in addition to the Nikon UK store, the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR lens is also listed as discontinued at the Nikon Denmark store:

Amazon: Nikon D850 will be in stock on March 13th


The Nikon D850 will be in stock at Amazon on March 13th according to an updated product listing – if you place an order today, you should get the camera next week.

UpdateAmazon now shows March 17th as the in-stock date for the D850.

Here are the latest shipping dates for existing D850 pre-orders for B&H and Adorama based on information submitted by readers:

  • Adorama: now shipping to pre-orders placed on March 2nd
  • B&H: now shipping to pre-orders placed on March 4th (source)

The Nikon MB-D18 battery grip for the D850 DSLR camera is currently in stock at Adorama, B&H and Amazon.
