A reader (thanks Liu Anyuan) send me the first picture of the upcoming Techart autofocus lens adapter for Nikon Z-mount.
Update: this is a 2mm adapter ring, not a standalone adapter – it should be used in conjunction with existing Techart Pro autofocus adapters.
This adapter will allow autofocusing for manual lenses on Nikon Z cameras similar to the already existing Techart adapters for Sony Alpha mirrorless cameras:

The new Nikon Coolpix B600 and A1000 cameras were not announced in the US – they will be available in Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada:
Nikon announced two new Coolpix cameras: B600 and the previously rumored A1000. The A1000 (pictured above) actually looks interesting (not really, but more interesting than the B600): 35x zoom, 4k video, tilting LCD screen, 16MP sensor (1/2.3″ CMOS), 24-840mm f/3.4-6.9 lens, maximum sensitivity of ISO 6400, optical Vibration Reduction (3 stops equivalent) and RAW (NRW) support.
