The Megadap ETZ21 Pro (Sony E to Nikon Z) autofocus lens adapters are also not compatible with the latest Nikon Z8 firmware update version 3.0:

Tamron issued a compatibility notice indicating that some of their lenses “may experience limitations in functionality” when used with the latest Nikon Z8 camera firmware update version 3.00:
