Nikon will have a new product announcement on October 10th, 2019 (±1 day because of the time difference, I think for the US the announcement can be expected on October 9th before or around midnight EST). I expect several new products:
- Nikon Z50 camera with two new lenses (all APS-C)
- Nikon Z-Noct-Nikkor 58mm f/0.95 lens with a price tag around €8,000 – €9,000 as I already reported back in August (US price is expected to be around $8,000). I certainly hope I am wrong about the price.
- Nikon MB-N10 battery pack – I am still not sure about this one.
Of course, there is always room for a surprise, but if there is one, I don’t think it will be anything major. I prefer to be conservative and enjoy the surprise, instead of overpromising and then disappointing all [NR] readers. Stay tuned for more Z50 info (still putting the post together).
