Nikon P1000 camera already backordered

The Nikon Coolpix P1000 camera started shipping yesterday and is already back ordered for months in some places:

  • Adorama: “Expecting delivery from Manufacturer. “
  • B&H: yesterday it said “Expected availability: Sep 10, 2018”, today it says “coming soon”
  • Amazon: “Usually ships within 1 to 2 months.”
