New Voigtlander Ultron 40mm f/2 SL II S lens for Nikon F-mount announced

Today Cosina announced a new Voigtlander Ultron 40mm f/2 SL II S manual focusing lens for Nikon F-mount that will replace the previous version from 2012. The original Ultron 40mm f/2 Aspherical SL lens was announced back in 2002 (see eBay listings). In the new version Cosina changed the helicoid ring, while keeping the same optical design. As a result, the minimum focusing distance was reduced to 25 cm.

The US price of the lens is not yet announced (check B&H website).
