Nikon China feeds Z8 camera rumors by posting a 67MP photo on social media

Nikon China posted four pictures on their Weibo social media channel and caused a lot of speculation becuase one of the photos has a resolution of 6670 × 10000 (or around 67MP, download the original file here):

Nikon currently does not have a camera with a 67MP sensor. Of course, the picture could be upscaled or taken with another camera. A reverse image search of the photo did not return any results, which reduces the possibility of Nikon China using a stock photo.

7Artisans to announce a new 18mm f/6.3 Mark II pancake lens for Nikon Z mount

7Artisans will soon announce a new 18mm f/6.3 Mark II pancake lens for Nikon Z mount that will replace the current APS-C version:

Update: The minimum focusing distance of the new Mark II lens is 0.3m (the old version was 1m). The new lens will still be APS-C.

Another batch of the NIKKOR Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S lens is now shipping in the US

Another batch of the Nikon NIKKOR Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S lens is now shipping in the US. I have not seen many reports on the 800mm Z lens since it initially started shipping back in April and them was later suspended in July. This could very well be the second batch ever to hit the US.

If you already own the 800mm Z lens, please share your experience in the comments section – I have been getting a lot of questions about that lens. Thanks!
