Nikon introduces a huge price increase in China – up to 42% for some lenses. Leica is also raising its prices in the US, and I have the feeling that other brands will follow. The main reasons are tariffs, rising component/material costs, exchange rates (weak dollar), and the overall shrinking camera market.
