It seems that the Tamrons is a better lens based on the information provided by the manufacturers. I wish one of the influencers made a real comparison between both lenses.
The Nikon NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 lens is based on the old version (G1) of the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 lens (what Tamron just announced is a G2 version for Nikon Z-mount):
