Announced: Viltrox 35mm f/1.2 LAB lens for Nikon Z-mount

The previously reported Viltrox 35mm f/1.2 LAB lens for Nikon Z-mount is now officially announced with a price of $999 (for comparison, the Nikon NIKKOR Z 35mm f/1.2 S lens is now $2,597 after a $400 rebate):

Here is the classification of he different Viltrox product lines:

  • Viltrox LAB: high-specification lens, small screen, control ring, VCM motor
  • Viltrox PRO: high-specification lens with an aperture ring, VCM motor
  • Viltrox EVO: stepless aperture ring and STM motor
  • Viltrox AIR: lightweight, no additional controls, with STM motor
