The Nikon Z9 cameras shipped this week by B&H and Adorama were ordered on the day of the announcement (October 28):
In mid-February Nikon is still fulfilling Z9 orders placed back on October 28, just shortly after the official announcement – this should give you an idea about the current Z9 wait time. Here are some reports from readers:
“Just saw B&H bill my credit card for Z9 order I placed on announcement day about 36 minutes after the presentations began. This is a regular, not NPS, order. They will probably ship tomorrow. So looks like another batch just came in.”
“Just FYI — While I am a working pro, I am not NPS, and placed Adorama order on the first pre-order day back in October, in the first few hours, and getting delivery of my Z9 today, along with the other back ordered items.”
“I got an email from B&H today that my Z9 (body only) shipped. I ordered 26min after launch.”
