Is this the rumored Nikon Z retro mirrorless camera?

A reader sent me this picture of what appears to be the rumored Nikon Z retro mirrorless camera:


Everything we see in the above pictures matches the previously reported rumors (thin Df-inspired camera body without a handgrip and mechanical dials). For comparison here is the Nikon Df:
