Nikon updated all of their software packages with added D6 support (and more):

ViewNX-i & Capture NX-D Version 1.20.020

Capture NX-D Version 1.6.2

  • Added support for the D6

ViewNX-i Version 1.4.2

  • Added support for the D6.

Camera Control Pro 2 Version 2.31.0

  • Added support for the D6.
  • Added support for Z 7 firmware version 3.00 and Z 6 firmware version 3.00.

Picture Control Utility 2 Version 2.4.5

  • Added support for the D6.

Wireless Transmitter Utility Version 1.9.2

  • Added support for the D6.
