A reader sent me this link for some additional downloads for D3, D300 and D700:
I don't think this was publicly announced - similar to the buffer size increase (I could be wrong of course).
Do I have to say thank you Germany again (or maybe Austria or Switzerland)?

so finaly these cameras get their own skin tones and landscape settings, just like the d2x. nice, really like this feature.
Do you know if this was officially announced?
I don’t know, I guess not. The links starts flying arround in the usual forums now. The settings work fine. I just did a quick test, but I had no time to get into detail. I don’t know if there’s a big difference to the already released D2x versions of portait and landscape mode
