The new Nikon Z5II camera is compatible with the Nikon MB-N11 and MB-N14 power battery packs, according to this official accessories sheet:

The Nikon MB-N10 multi-battery power pack should also be compatible with the Z5II becuase it uses the same EN‑EL15c battery, but I could not find any official confirmation.
Update – Nikon Germany confirms that the Nikon MB-N10 multi-battery power pack is not compatible with the Nikon Z5II camera:
