- Enhanced Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
- Minor design changes
- Fn button operation from the Nikon ML-L7 Bluetooth remote:
- Image stabilization was reduced from 5 to 4 stops
- Flash guide number was reduced from 16m to 12m
The last two downgrades could be the result of CIPA changing their standard requirements.
