The manuals of two new, not yet announced compact cameras are now available online:

I already reported that I expect two new Coolpix cameras in early 2016. I did not see any RAW setting in the features. Both manuals are dated for 2016. I also could not find the D5 manual, but feel free to check your local Nikon website – maybe we will get lucky.
