Tomorrow (March 10th) Nikon is rumored to announce the development of their professional Z9 mirrorless camera. The actual release will happen later in 2021. We will either see a development press release and/or a teaser for the new camera. There will no details or technical specifications. What we can expect:

• Newly developed stacked FX sensor (no resolution or sensitivity details)
• Newly developed Imaging Pipeline Processor to broaden sensor readout emphasizing speed
• 8K video (no framerate details yet)
• Integrated vertical grip handle (no battery life or battery type mentioned)
