Join Nikon’s Mike Corrado as he shares his passion for bird photography and the technologies that can help you become a more proficient and creative photographer.
Nikon mirrorless cameras offer a plethora of remarkable technologies that empower users to unleash their creativity and, in numerous instances, create exceptional art even when there is nothing exciting happening.
Mike will present his approach to making photographs, which incorporates Nikon’s Subject Identification autofocus system, Pre-release Capture, Image Overlay, and Auto Capture. These features provide numerous creative options and demonstrate the remarkable potential of these tools in professional work.
Mike Corrado, a renowned photographer and visual artist, has dedicated over four and a half decades to his craft. Notably, he recently celebrated his 41st anniversary with Nikon USA. As the manager of Nikon Professional Services for Field Operations, Corrado’s extensive career encompasses roles as a Nikon School instructor, Pro Market Technical Representative, and Sr. Product Manager for digital SLR cameras.
Mike has had the privilege of training, collaborating with, and shooting for some of the world’s most renowned photographers, including astronauts from NASA. His images have been featured in Nikon product promotions, educational materials, brochures, and the Nikon USA website. His Nikon assignments have taken him to numerous Super Bowls, World Series, and Indy 500 races. Notably, he has covered the Kentucky Derby over 30 times and has collaborated with the New York Mets, New York Jets, and other local professional sports teams.
Mike currently serves as the host of Nikon NPS Webinars, emcee, moderator, and interviewer on the Nikon Theater Stage at various trade shows and events across the nation.
