The last Nikon Z6III firmware update v1.02 made the camera compatible with the Nextorage NX-B2PRO CFExpress memory cards (see the complete list of compatible memory cards here):
Update: so far, the NX-B2PRO is the only CFexpress 4.0 (PCIe 4.0 x 2 interface) card listed on the Z6III compatibility list, but the Nikon Z6III card slot does not support the CFexpress 4.0 standard yet. Data is transferred in accordance with the CFexpress 2.0 standard.
The difference between the new NX-B2PRO and the existing NX-B1PRO cards is the CFexpress standard and interface: NX-B2PRO are compatible with CFexpress 4.0 (PCIe 4.0 x 2 interface), while NX-B1PRO is CFexpress 2.0 (PCIe 3.0 x 2):
