The Nikon Z8 was named camera of the year at the 2023–2024 EISA awards. Nikon won also two additional lens awards:

• EISA camera of the year: NIKON Z 8
• EISA portrait lens: NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.2 S
• EISA super-telephoto lens: NIKKOR Z 400mm f/4.5 VR S
