Nikon Germany sent invitations made out of chocolate for an event that will take place on September 25th at 7 pm CET – this is the day before the official opening of the 2018 Photokina show (September 26-29):

I have no idea what will be announced on that day. We should get the mirrorless cameras on August 23rd and the new Nikkor 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR lens shortly after. There is a Nikon DSLR camera printed on the packaging if this can be an indication for anything. The slogan of the event is “I am where passion meets precision“.
