Nikon D4s camera now shipping, limited in stock availability

The Nikon D4s started shipping worldwide today. B&H confirmed that they got their first shipment and are currently fulfilling their existing pre-orders on first come first served basis. In the US, OneCall currently has D4s cameras in stock (update: all sold out now):

• Amazon US says on their website that the Nikon D4s will be in stock on March 8th.
• BestBuy is now also taking pre-orders for the D4s – I have the feeling they will have it in stock later today since they just listed the camera on their website.
• The D4s is also in stock at Amazon Japan.
• DigitalRev also has it in stock but for $7,299.
• Jessops UK lists the D4s as available for in store pickup and delivery
