Amazon Germany and Amazon UK currently have a listing for a Just EasyCover Silicone Skin for Nikon V3 (JU0467). Unless this is an error, the design shows that the new Nikon 1 V3 camera will not have a grip (the V1 also did not have a grip, but the V2 did). The in stock date is listed as January 2, 2014. Nikon is expected to have multiple product announcements around January 7th and in early February 2014.
Update: this Amazon listings is probably a mistake since similar cases for Nikon 1 J3 are listed on eBay.
Previously I reported that the Nikon 1 V3 is rumored to have a design similar to the Nikon Coolpix P-series (maybe closer to the Coolpix P330). The accessory port could also be replaced with a fully compatible flash hot shoe. The pop-up flash is rumored to be able to act as a wireless commander.
