Nikon D300 price drops

Amazon is currently selling the D300 for $1,551.89
I also received some reports from Best Buy clearing up their D300 stock, but only in certain stores.
Nikon Service Point Munich is selling new D300 directly on eBay as “final sale” for EUR 1.379,00
Reports I received from stores and supplier indicate that a D300 replacement is coming soon.
