New firmware updates for the Nikon Z6 II and Z7 II cameras released

Nikon just released new firmware updates for the Z6 II (now in stock) and the Z7 II (now in stock) mirrorless cameras:

Nikon Z6 II firmware update version 1.02

  • Fixed the following issue: Flash photographs taken with Auto-area AF selected for AF-area mode in the PHOTO SHOOTING MENU would sometimes not be correctly exposed.
  • Improved overall reliability.

Nikon Z7 II firmware update version 1.01:

  • Fixed the following issue: Flash photographs taken with Auto-area AF selected for AF-area mode in the PHOTO SHOOTING MENU would sometimes not be correctly exposed.
  • Improved overall reliability.
