Still no ProRes RAW support for Nikon Z6 and Z7 in new Final Cut Pro X 10.4.9



There is still no ProRes RAW support for the Nikon Z6 and Z7 cameras in the latest Final Cut Pro X 10.4.9 – here is the link to all cameras that got support in the latest version. Atomos also confirmed that the ProRes RAW options (ISO, WB, Exp. Offset etc.) for the Nikon Z6 and Z7 are not available in the latest FCPX update (10.4.9) – we only got RAW to LOG conversion. Here is the response from Atomos:

We tested all the cameras and here are the results:

Nikon Z6 – No ISO / No Exposure Offset / No White Balance

Nikon Z7 – No ISO / No Exposure Offset / No White Balance

Panasonic S1H – ISO / Exposure Offset / White Balance

Panasonic EVA-1 – ISO / Exposure Offset / White Balance

Z Cam E2 (Original Version) – ISO / Exposure Offset / White Balance

Canon C300 MKII – ISO / Exposure Offset / No White Balance

Sony FS7 – ISO / Exposure Offset / No White Balance
